Mr. B's for an early lunch in McPherson, KS

Nice ride this morning of 30 miles to McPherson.  Ang got the chicken livers(yuck) and I got the chili and grill cheese. It's been cooler than we prefer and still gray skies but fairly calm winds from the N that we haven't had to fight. 
Ang keeps up on the local news before her chicken livers (yuck!)

    I love the re-purposed Pizza Hut. I enjoyed liver (beef and chicken) as a kid, but I've outgrown it, mostly due to the thought of eating an organ. We use to eat kidneys too, and once my mom made brains for my dad, but we wanted nothing to do with it. I think it was my parents English heritage that made them enjoy these foods.

    Chicken Liver and beef liver are great, calf brains not bad, keep on trucking!
